Installation available too.  Specializing in Carrier Brand.  Air Duct Cleaning service is available now.  We use the Patented Rotobrush System consisting of a vacuum hose with a rotary brush on the end of it as well as a camera so we actually watch the entire duct cleaning take place.  We can also video this procedure  for an additional charge. 

NOTICE:   To our customers:  As of October 1, 2007 the State of Maryland has banned the sale of products containing mercury.  This includes thermostats.  The thermostat you have on your wall may or may not have mercury in it.  If your thermostat needs replacing, you will no longer be able to get thermostats with mercury in them.  They will now have to be digital. Service Call and repair services:

Service Call is $125.00 for the first hour.  This covers drive up time and the first hour of  service/repair.  Please note this is a minimum charge, which means if we fix it in 5 minutes, i.e. reset a circuit breaker, the $125.00 fee applies.  Also, if we come out and diagnose a condition/problem we will inform you at that time what is wrong with the equipment and how much it will cost to repair it.  If you/homeowner decide not to repair it at that time the $125.00 fee still applies.  If you/homeowner decide to repair while we are there, the $125.00 fee will become part of the entire invoice bill.

Air Duct  Cleaning:

Prices for air duct cleaning can vary depending on the size of your house and number of air registers and grills.  Price will also vary depending on the number of systems in your house.  Typically the cost for air duct cleaning can range from $500 to $1,000 based on the above factors.  This price includes cleaning all registers and grills, cleaning all duct work, i.e. trunk lines and take-offs and after all duct work is cleaned, a disinfectant/deodorizing spray is the applied to inside of your ductwork. All of this is observed by us (and can be observed by you if desired) on our video inspection system attached to the end of our cleaning tool to ensure the ducts are cleaned properly.

If you have had your ducts cleaned in the past couple of years and are unsure if they need cleaning, we offer a video inspection of your air ducts to see the condition of them.  There is a $75.00 charge for this service.  If your air ducts are determined to need cleaning, the $75.00 will apply to the price.  If they don’t need cleaning, you only pay the $75.00 instead of the several hundred to clean them unnecessarily.

Free estimates:

Free estimates on given on actual repairs or replacement of  partial or entire systems.

For a free estimate on a repair of your system, you must call with the knowledge of the repair needed on your particular system, i.e. you call and say, “how much do you charge to replace a furnace blower motor, or furnace circuit board, or thermostat”.  We will the inform you of our fees to replace these items. 

PLEASE NOTE:  we cannot drive to your house and diagnose a problem without charging our $125.00 fee.  That is not a free estimate.  That is actually asking for free diagnosis which we are unable to do in this day due to increased fuel and insurance costs.

Free estimate on replacement of partial or entire systems:

For a ballpark (not exact but close) estimate if you call with the model number on your existing equipment, we will be happy to quote a ballpark estimate over the telephone.  However, if you want exact price, we will have to come out and look at  the job.  We do NOT charge for this.
