Cooling/air conditioning systems should be serviced annually to ensure efficient operation.

Checklist:

1. Check/clean air holes on blower motor
2. Check fan blades (squirrel cage) for cleanliness (recommend cleaning if dirty, additional charge)
3. Check evaporator coil for cleanliness (recommend cleaning if dirty, additional charge)
4. Replace air filter ($3.00 if we supply)
5. Check refrigerant levels
6. Blow air in condensate drain to ensure it is clear
7. Check calibration of thermostat
8. Test run system and observe for proper operation
9. Make any recommendations needed to customer/homeowner.

Spring checkup of air conditioning systems can be performed at anytime, however, to receive our special rate of $69.95, it must be done between March 15^th and May 30^th.  The special $69.95 rate is for anyone, new or repeat customers.  These dates are approximate and could change based on weather conditions, i.e. temperatures.  We usually call and send out flyers when we are offering the spring special, but if you are unsure about when we are offering this, it is best to call us.  If you require service on your air conditioning system at times other than the above listed dates, we can perform these services, but it would be at our regular service call rate of $125.00.  The reason for this is because we are usually busy at times other than the dates listed above.
