Heating

Heating systems should be serviced on an annual basis for several reasons:

Natural Gas or LP Gas; Burners cleaned and air mixture checked/adjusted, Heat exchanger checked for cracks, flue connector/chimney checked for proper draft and any deterioration.  This will ensure efficient operation of the appliance saving you money in operational and future repair costs.

Next, blower motor should be oiled (if applicable) and the air filter replaced.  This will also ensure efficient operation resulting in lower operational costs.

Electric/Heat/Pump; Motors should be oiled (if applicable), electrical connections checked for proper tightness, indoor coil as well as outdoor coil checked for cleanliness (clean if necessary), air filter should be replaced, refrigerant levels checked and thermostat checked for proper calibration.  This will also ensure efficient operation of the appliance resulting in lower operational costs and fewer repairs.

Heating Check-ups, Heating system inspections, can be performed any time but to receive our special rate of $69.95 it must be done between September 15^th  and November 30^th  .  These dates are approximate and could change based on weather, i.e. temperatures.  We usually post the dates every year and send out flyers. 

If you are unsure of what time of year we are offering the special, feel free to give us a call. This special Fall Check-up rate is for anyone, repeat or first time customers.  If we are called upon either before or after these dates, the price is our normal service call rate of $125.00. The reasoning behind this is usually during the above mentioned dates, we are typically not that busy. During our busy time, we can still perform this service, but at our regular rates.
