NOTICE:

To our customers: As of October 1, 2007 the State of Maryland has banned the sale of products containing mercury. This includes thermostats. The thermostat you have on your wall may or may not have mercury in it. If your thermostat needs replacing, you will no longer be able to get thermostats with mercury in them. They will now have to be digital.

PLEASE NOTE: Electrical parts should always be installed by a qualified/licensed HVAC Contractor. However, we understand there are many homeowners that are quite capable of repairing/installing their own HVAC systems. If you feel comfortable you can perform your own services, you can save quite a bit of money doing this yourself. Also, in our Technical Support Section of our Web Site, you can call our Toll Free Telephone number and purchase (with a credit card) some of these services, i.e. step by step instructions on how to replace a thermostat, furnace blower motor etc.. Certain tools are needed and they are explained in our Technical Support Section as well.

For your convenience, we currently accept the following payment methods; Cash, American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover`. At this time we are unable to accept personal checks.

Return Policy

Please keep your receipt. We cannot give refunds without a receipt. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 15 days from the date of purchase.

All same day cancellations are subject to a 15% restock fee. This is to cover the credit card fees and administrative fees.

Absolutely no returns on any furnace control circuit boards, outdoor heatpump control circuit boards, hot surface ignitors, humidifiers, 2 or 3 wire pilot burners, motors, gas valves, or any other electrical part.

If we mistakenly send you the incorrect part(s), from what you ordered, we will ship the correct part(s) to you at our expense with a return UPS label so you may return the incorrect part(s) to us. We will not credit your credit card until we have received the returned part(s) in our hand.

All returns that are your mistake or if you decide you do not want the item for some other reason, will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. This is to cover the credit card fees, administrative fees and re-listing this product back into our inventory.

* Absolutely NO returns on any electrical part, i.e. circuit board, hot surface ignitor, motor, 2 or 3 wire pilot burner, gas valve.*

All returns that are accepted by us MUST be in there original box with all papers, i.e. instruction manuals, and parts. Any part that has a factory seal that is broken will NOT be accepted by us for return.

Please Note: We do not sell parts for testing purposes. Some people buy parts to see if that particular part will correct their problem. If it doesn’t, they try to return the part and get another part. We have ways of determining if the part has been installed and we will NOT accept it back for return if you try this. If you need technical assistance, you can purchase this in 30 minute increments in our technical section of this website.

If you make a mistake when installing a part, and damage it, you bought it. We can determine if an electrical part is installed incorrectly causing damage to it and we will not accept it back for refund under these circumstances.

We sincerely want your business and hope you understand these policies. If we didn’t have these rules, we would not be in business very long.

Shipping Policy

We ship UPS or Fed E. You will be notified via email when your ordered part(s) have shipped. The email will contain the tracking number and the actual cost to ship your order. We do not add a handling fee to your order like some companies do. We only add the ACTUAL shipping costs.

Honeywell Chronotherm IV. It is 7 day programmable and powered by the 24 volt transformer in the system. It can be used on gas, oil or electric heat systems. Price $106.00 plus shipping costs.

Totaline touch screen, made by Carrier Corporation. It is 7 day programmable with a touch screen operation. It is powered by the 24 volts in the system. Price $146.00 plus shipping costs.

Carrier Comfort Programmable. It is 5 day, Mon-Fri. Then 2 day Sat & Sun Programmable. It is powered either by 24 volts in the system or batteries if no common wire is present. Price $149.00 plus shipping costs.
