Mr. Biddle and his son have been servicing our Heating & Air Conditioning system for 20 plus years. They are both very punctual and very neat in appearance.
He and his son are extremely honest and can be trusted in the home with no one there. We feel very comfortable with either of them coming to our home to perform service work and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Oh, and equally important is, that they know exactly what they are doing when it comes to maintenance and repairs of the furnace or air conditioner. |

We called Biddle’s Heating to come fix our furnace one very cold night in December of 2005. We expected to leave a message because it was after hours when we placed the call. However, it was a very pleasant surprise to have a live person answer the phone and talk to us about our problem. I believe it was Mr. Biddle’s wife. She was very polite and informative about their procedures and fees.
When Mr. Biddle showed up to fix our furnace (at 10:00 p.m.) it was a pleasant experience and everything went just as it was explained to us over the phone. He came in, spent about 5-10 minutes diagnosing the problem and he politely told us our options. He explained everything including how the furnace is supposed to operate and why it was doing what it was doing and how much it would cost to correct the problem.
When he was done repairing the furnace, the price was exactly as he explained to us. In this day and age, no one likes surprises, especially when it comes to money. I can’t tell you how many times I have had something fixed by someone else and when they were finished, the price was always more than they told me to start with. They would always say, we ran into problems. Mr. Biddle does not do business this way. When he gives you the price, that is the price.

I called the Biddle Company one day when my furnace was acting up and instead of getting a person just answering the phone, I actually got Mr. Biddle. He actually spent time on the phone with me asking me what the furnace was doing. He told me some things to do over the phone and it worked like a charm!
Anyone else would have just said, let me make an appointment send a technician out to fix your problem so they could charge me their fee. I was NOT looking for something for nothing but Mr. Biddle is truly customer oriented to actually take time to explain something and tell me how to fix it over the phone.
He is a very unusual person (in a good way) and is not only about the money. Way to go Mr. Biddle! |

Prices are a little higher than some other companies we called for estimates on replacement units. We ended up going with Biddle company and we are glad we did. They give you very personalized service. They didn't even ask for any money up front as most companies ask for at least 1/3 of the payment first.
They told us which type of furnace and air conditioner we were getting including the model numbers so we could look up on the internet to do some comparison and when we told them to go ahead, they bought the equipment, installed it and explained every detail to make sure we were completely satisfied before they asked for their payment. This is very unusual in a company in today’s world. You don’t find that kind of trust from people today. |
